Where do you deliver?
PIMLO currently ships to Australian addresses. Available delivery methods and charges appear at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Our standard rate is $11 AUD. Standard shipping is free when your order reaches $100 AUD. An app-calculated rate may appear for some products; the checkout total is shown before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
The standard option currently shows an estimated 6–10 business days. Delivery times can vary with supplier processing, location and carriers. See our shipping policy for details.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Some products are sent by different fulfilment partners, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel. Tracking is emailed when available.
How do I choose a size?
Check the size choices and product information on each listing. If you are unsure before ordering, send us the product name and the measurements you are comparing.
Can I return something?
Our return and refund policy explains change-of-mind requests and what to do if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Contact us before sending a return.
How do I pay?
