Shipping & delivery

PIMLO ships to Australian addresses. Our products are fulfilled by supplier partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs

Our standard shipping rate is $11 AUD, with free standard shipping on orders of $100 AUD or more. Some products may show a carrier- or app-calculated option. Your available delivery options and total shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

The standard delivery option currently displays an estimate of 6–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; supplier processing, destination and carrier conditions can affect timing. If an item has a different estimate, the one shown at checkout applies.

Tracking and help

When tracking is available, we email it after dispatch. Please check your delivery address before ordering. For a delivery question or an address correction before dispatch, contact pimlocomau@gmail.com with your order number.
