Refund policy

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used feeding products, underwear, personal-care items or other sealed goods once the seal has been removed, unless the item is faulty or does not match its description.

To start a return, email pimlocomau@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will confirm return instructions before you send anything back. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
